Apply for a Refund!

Our customer satisfaction is important to us. If your unlock code was not successful, you can apply for a full refund under our refund policy.

IMPORTANT – When Refunds Are Not Available:

  • Your phone is blacklisted, lost, or has unpaid bills.
  • You provided incorrect or invalid information when ordering.
  • Your phone does not ask for an unlock code.
  • The order is still in process and cannot be canceled.
  • The IMEI number is invalid or incorrect.
  • Your phone is hardlocked with no attempts left.
  • You purchased the wrong unlock service by mistake.
  • Your phone is from a CDMA carrier (unlock code not applicable).
  • Phone was unlocked successfully but not usable with CDMA (only GSM supported).
  • No video proof was provided showing the code did not work.
  • The unlock code delivery time exceeded average, but delays may occur.
  • You ordered the wrong service (e.g., Verizon instead of AT&T).

When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund:

  • The unlock code is incorrect (if all info provided was 100% correct).
  • We are unable to generate an unlock code.
  • Payment was duplicated due to a system error.

How to Apply for a Refund

To apply for a refund, you must send a short video to verify the unlock issue. The video should include the following:

  1. Show the IMEI number of the phone.
  2. Enter the unlock code received.
  3. Show the «Unsuccessful unlock» error message.

Upload the video to Dropbox or YouTube, then send the video link to support@bigunlock.com. Once received, your refund will be processed immediately.
