Refund Policy

If we are unable to calculate or find an unlock code for your mobile device, you will receive a full 100% refund.

In 99% of cases, a valid unlock code will be found and will successfully unlock your phone. If the code does not work, you must provide video proof including the following:

  • Show the IMEI number of the phone.
  • Enter the unlock code we sent.
  • Show the error message that appears after entering the code.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The IMEI number provided is incorrect and a code has been generated.
  • The phone is hardlocked (no attempts left due to previous incorrect code entries).
  • No video proof is submitted showing the code failed.
  • Unlock code delivery exceeded our average stated turnaround time (delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances).
  • The phone was successfully unlocked, but it is incompatible with your new SIM card or network (it is your responsibility to check compatibility).
  • You changed your mind and no longer wish to unlock the device.
  • The phone was already unlocked prior to ordering, or not requesting a code at all.
  • The phone is not GSM. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify this before ordering.
  • The device is blacklisted or reported lost/stolen, has unpaid bills, or any contract-related issues.
  • You ordered the wrong service (e.g., choosing Verizon unlock when it clearly states AT&T and T-Mobile only).
