⚖️ Respect for Intellectual Property

At bigunlock.com, we deeply respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable global laws, we have established the following protocols to properly address claims of copyright infringement occurring on our digital platform.

1. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that any content hosted on our infrastructure infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal notification. To be considered valid, your claim must be provided in writing and include the following elements:

✍️
Physical or Electronic Signature The authorized signature of the person acting on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
📄
Identification of the Work A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
🔗
Specific Location (URL) Exact details and URL links pointing to where the alleged infringing material is located on our website, allowing us to locate it efficiently.
👤
Contact Information Your current address, telephone number, and a valid email address where we can reach you to follow up on the claim.
⚖️
Statements of Good Faith & Accuracy A formal statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

2. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notice. Your counter-notification must contain the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the specific location (URL) where it previously appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury asserting your good faith belief that the removal was a result of a mistake.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a formal consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or a recognized judicial body if you reside outside the USA).

🔄 Restoration Process: Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, the disputed material may be restored to our platform.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA, bigunlock.com enforces a strict "Repeat Infringer" policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to permanently terminate the accounts, restrict the IP addresses, and block the hardware registries of users who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Designated Copyright Agent

All formal DMCA takedown requests and counter-notices must be delivered directly to our appointed legal agent. To expedite your claim, we highly recommend using our digital communication channels:
